The Morro Bay Chamber of Commerce is located next door to the library, which makes it easy on “gardening therapy” project days to pay some attention to both locations when time and available volunteers permit. The Chamber of Commerce is a visible symbol of Morro Bay to prospective businesses and its appearance has benefitted greatly from Morro Bay in Bloom efforts. Agave, seaside daisy and other native plants now adorn the grounds where ivy geraniums were choking the growth of the existing planting of Hebe bushes.
